The annual Spring Garden Show is at the Botanical Gardens at New Orleans City Park. Patrons can enjoy the lovely gardens in the spring and see over fifty horticultural exhibits. There will be activities for the whole family including a plant health clinic and a children’s discovery zone. There will be shopping where plants and garden products will be on sale.
New Orleans City Park has been around for more than 170 years. It is the home to the New Orleans Botanical Garden, Couturie Forest and Arboretum, the New Orleans Museum of Art, the Louisiana Children’s Museum, and the largest grove of mature live oaks in the world. Patrons can enjoy the 1,300 acres which makes this one of the largest urban parks in the country.
