Well-Rounded Agent in Greater New Orleans
They say that you’re really lucky to do a job that you love, and I am here to tell you that that is absolutely true. I grew up around the real estate industry – my dad is a developer – and everything about it excites me and gives me motivation everyday to get up and do my absolute best for my clients. I have “accidentally” been exposed to both the buyers’ and sellers’ side of the industry because of the training and experience I received by being a part of the everyday work environment of a new home construction development. By working as an agent for the development, I achieved experience guiding new home buyers through the process of buying a newly built home or building a new, custom home from lot to finish.
While doing this, I got to know the builders in the developments and developed some long-lasting relationships which eventually turned into me listing their homes for sale when I completed my training in real estate by becoming a Louisiana licensed real estate agent. From there, I immediately was able to use my networking and connections to start assisting new individual clients in the sale of their homes. Today, I still offers sales and marketing services to both new home construction clients as well as individual buyers and sellers in the Greater New Orleans area.
In addition to my sales experience, while involved in the day-to-day work of selling lots and homes in developments on both the Northshore and Southshore of the Greater New Orleans area, I was tasked with a lot of the marketing requirements for lots, homes, and the development itself. I became involved in the sales and marketing meetings, working personally with the marketing consultants and providing information and graphics for print and Internet advertising pieces. I also was part of designing e-mail campaigns and scheduling print media for new home sales. A few times a month, I also schedule open houses and broker tours for individuals’ homes as well as new homes for sale in the new construction developments. With this marketing experience, I networked with many of the local publications and started using professional photo shoots for all of my new listings.
