The “Hands-On” Experience
There’s nothing like experiencing a home for sale in-person – seeing the ornate trim or finishings, looking out the window to enjoy the spectacular waterfront view, falling in love with the media room or man cave, appreciating the slick design of the modern, catering kitchen, or breathing in the scent of fresh-cut flowers or fresh-baked cookies. A lot can happen when someone attends a carefully planned and executed, onsite open house at a home for sale.
That is why, as often as possible, I try to hold open house events and broker tours in order to get Realtor interest or the interest of the general public directed at your home listing. I market these open house events in person at broker meetings and on the Internet through the events on my website as well as my social media accounts. These open house events, along with a print and Internet marketing campaign are just some of the many tools that are used in my Marketing Services package that I offer my clients as a sales agent or new home sales agent for their home.
