Feel free to bring the family, a picnic basket, dancing buddy, or even your dog to our upcoming event. The music is perfect for dancing or simply relaxing and listening. We’re keeping an eye on the weather, and if it looks like rain, we may move the event to the following week. Don’t forget to show your appreciation and tip the band!
We are excited to feature Sunny Side, a jazz band based out of New Orleans, Louisiana. Heavily influenced by jazz legends like Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, and Fats Waller, Sunny Side offers a full New Orleans style jazz experience with three-part harmonies, a solid rhythm section, and an energetic vocalist and dancer. During the 2020/2021 quarantine, they brought much-needed joy to locals with their ‘Jazz in Coliseum Square Park’ series. Their music provided a sense of community and relief during challenging times, and we are thrilled to have them bring their vibrant sound to our event.
