Content Driven Marketing
A well-rounded Internet advertising campaign not only includes website exposure but incoming links from external websites, such as Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Realtor.com, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Statistics show that 90 percent of home buyers used the Internet at some point during their process of finding a home, and 100% of home shoppers used the internet to research a specific home. This means that in whatever ways I can get the message out about my home listings on the Internet, the greater chance I have of selling your home.
With this in mind, I actually have Three (3) total websites (including this one) which represent me as your sales agent – all with my listings (your homes0 featured on them. I employ the use of e-mail campaigns which advertise my listings to all agents throughout the Greater New Orleans area – upwards of 5,000 agents, and my business Facebook page has over 100 page fans and is growing by the day. I understand the importance of content-driven marketing on my website which is providing other real estate related information to my clients and visitors in order to remain relevant and show up higher in the search engine listings. And, Internet advertising is just part of a larger marketing campaign which also includes print advertising, network marketing, onsite open house events, and face-to-face presentations.
