An Agent With Many Hats
As a sales agent of previously-owned homes, I have had the privilege of being a part of the transformation of many houses for sale into showcase homes that were staged to impress any potential buyer who walked through the door. In order to do this, I typically am the type of agent who rolls up her sleeves and gets to work. I pride myself on the fact that I wear many different hats as a sales agent. I have a Home Staging hat where I actually assist my sellers in choosing decor & design that is going to make the features of the home really stand out. I have a landscaping hat where I have actually pulled some weeds and chosen plants to accentuate the curb appeal of the resale home for sale. I have a delegating / referral hat where if there is a repair to made, a window to be fixed, a yard to be sodded, or a house to be scrubbed clean, I use my list of connections to set up appointments to get the work done. I am kind of hands-on in that process as well, checking up on everything to ensure the job is done and done correctly.
With me as your agent, I am fully vested in your home sale, just like you are. I will be truly honest with you about the condition and potential repairs or upgrades that need to be made to your home before we put it on the market. I do this because one of the key aspects of the marketing that I do for my clients is to hire a professional photographer to come out and take pictures of the finished product. These are the pictures that are then used for all marketing materials moving forward, so it is essential that the appearance of the homes is as close to perfect as possible.
The last but definitely not least of the hats that I wear are my sales and marketing hats. This is where I pull the comps (comparisons) on your home, discuss with you your expectations for your home sales, agree upon a sales price, explain the marketing process, and then implement a complete print and Internet marketing campaign in order to sell your home as quickly as possible.
