Go 4th On the River is a annual event that celebrates the 4th of July in New Orleans. The event takes place along the Mississippi River between Gov. Nichols St. Wharf and Canal St. Dock. The event is free and fun for the whole family.
There will be fireworks on both side of the Mississippi River that will be on full display celebrating Indendence Day. The fireworks will be shot off of barges that will be located between Gov. Nichols St. Wharf and the Canal St. Dock. The fireworks display will also be displayed along with a medley of patriotic songs.
