This event is a chance for guests to mingle with cheesemakers who are specifically at the event to speak with them. The featured cheesemakers will be sampling dozens of cheeses, and dishes made with their cheeses. Acquistapace’s will also be pouring some of the most highly acclaimed wines including a stellar array of Bourgogne and Bordeaux hand selected by Adam Acquistapace, Certified Wine Educator. A specialty bourbon bar featuring Acquistapace’s Selected Single Barrel Bourbons will be available.
The Southern Hotel is located in Covington and was established in 1907. The hotel is a family-owned business and is strongly connected to the community. Local artists display their art in the hotel as it honors local artists in the community.
The hotel has many stories to tell from its conception. Covington residences have held sweet sixteen parties, wedding receptions, anniversary dinners, and many other important events.
