I have the benefit of being a sales agent for Keller Williams Realty New Orleans which is one of the larger agencies in the Greater New Orleans area and consistently has the best top producers in the New Orleans area for many years. Being part of such an experienced and integrated agency offers me complete marketing support which ensures that all of my listings are added to the MLS feeds of Internet marketing platforms such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Homes.com, etc. This is extremely helpful to me because my listings are what you would call “full-bodied” listings – complete with full-coverage listing details and pictures taken by a Professional Photographer.
Many agencies around New Orleans offer the same Internet marketing platform services, so what makes my marketing services different? One word – experience. I learned real estate marketing by being part of the marketing team for the new home developments for which I did new home sales. This has enabled me to not only know how to write descriptions for listings that are thorough and attention-grabbing, but it also has given me a healthy respect for “covering my bases” when it comes to advertising. I run complete marketing campaigns for my listings in both print and Internet, as well as hold onsite open house events and broker tours on a regular basis.
As part of my agency, I go out of my way to network with and support other agents in my area by attending their open houses as well as agency meetings to hand out marketing materials. Because I have a “Type A” personality, I am not content unless I am moving in a positive forward direction for my clients and my listings. This makes it so that I am “on-the-go,” actively out there spreading the word about my clients’ listings by print, by Internet, by physically handing out marketing materials, and by word of mouth with face-to-face networking. I make it my goal to work tirelessly for my clients until their listings are sold.
