Healing with Horses, formerly known as Equine Therapy Connection, is proud to be one of the few equine therapy programs in Louisiana dedicated to serving a wide range of individuals who benefit from its unique touch therapy. The program focuses on harnessing the therapeutic connection between humans and horses to promote emotional, physical, and mental well-being. Through specialized equine-assisted activities, Healing with Horses helps clients develop trust, reduce stress, and enhance sensory experiences, making it a valuable resource for those in need of alternative therapeutic approaches.

In addition to its comprehensive services, Healing with Horses is one of only a handful of programs in the country capable of bringing therapy horses directly into facilities for touch and sensory therapy. This approach allows clients to engage with the horses in a comforting, familiar environment, further enhancing the benefits of the therapy.
