Mark your calendars for the 2024 NOLA Dogs Race to the Rescue 5K on Sunday, October 13, 2024! Whether you choose to run or walk, this event will take you through the serene and scenic Lake Lawn Metairie Cemetery in New Orleans, Louisiana. All proceeds from the race will go directly to animal rescue organizations, many of which help animals in desperate need of veterinary care, especially those suffering from heartworm. By participating, you’re not only getting active but also supporting the volunteers who work tirelessly to nurse these fur babies back to health.
