The Wear White Party kicks off the celebration for New Orleans’ number-one Caribbean Festival. This pre-carnival party will celebrate Caribbean heritage and culture where Soca and Calypso enthusiasts can dance the night away. Patrons will wear all white and incorporate their country’s flags.
The Bayou Bacchanal is hosted by the Friends of Culture. The Friends of Culture encourages the New Orleans area to learn about the island nations of the Caribbean and its culture. This festival is also linked to the annual Curry With A Flavor festival in New Orleans.
