The Chefs to Watch is an exclusive six-course dinner where Louisiana’s up-and-coming chefs will show off their talents. Chefs will include Louisiana natives and transplants. Dishes will be inspired by Louisiana’s fresh, local ingredients.

Patrons will enjoy a cocktail hour by Northshore chefs Keith and Nealy Frentz of Lola Covington, Jeffrey Hansell of Oxlot 9, and Luke Hidalgo of Hambone. Dinner will follow and will include chefs Logan Boudreaux, Ana Castro, Anthony Felan, Lisa Nelson, Sarah Joy Hays, and Charly Pierre.
